[FORMATION] Caring for Infants and Toddlers

13 mai de 09:00 à 16:00

An Innovative Approach to Caring for Infants and Toddlers

  1. Rethink the application of the Educational Program as a professional working with infants and toddlers
  2. Challenge our personal values to support all children and the families we serve
  3. Enhance our observation skills to respect each child
  4. Recognize the importance of letting babies more freely to support their motor development

Very young children need and deserve sensitive, dependable and respectful care. Attitudes and values of how to best provide quality care have changed over time. In this practical workshop, we will discuss ten principles of caregiving in order to respect each child as a partner and as a person. As caregivers, we try our best to understand their needs and to foster their individual active learning. We can prepare an interesting environment, fun activities and plan our schedule to make the most of each experience to enhance their self confidence. Babies and toddlers deserve care that respects and supports every stage of their development.
